About the Event

A growing body of research tells us that there is a higher incidence of mental health conditions and wellbeing challenges among employees. However, The Hartford’s research with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) found only about half of U.S. workers feel comfortable discussing mental health in the workplace. These results are significantly lower for U.S. Black, Latinx and Asian American-Pacific Islander (AAPI) employees.

Join us for a thought-provoking discussion on how race, ethnicity, and culture affect individual perception and experience of mental health, and what employers can do to enhance employee wellbeing and build inclusive workplaces that support the unique mental health needs of all employee groups.

This event sponsored by The Hartford.
