Beth Heelan

Beth is an insurance industry leader with a deep breadth of employee benefits and leave management experience. Currently an independent consultant in the leave and absence industry, her background includes past senior leadership roles in sales, marketing and account management at Unum, The Hartford, Lincoln Financial Group and Sedgwick Claims Management. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science, Management from Binghamton University in New York and has completed the Harvard Business Master certification in Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) at The Guardian Insurance.
