Nicole Rankin

Nicole Rankin is a Sr. Manager at IAT Insurance Group, managing contract negotiations and compliance monitoring to reduce vendor-related risks, management of cost controls and vendor/supplier relationships working closely with the finance teams. 

Nicole has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years starting her career as an Auditor advancing into leadership as Manager of financial auditors responsible for $87M annually, leading to management of operation teams within the Chubb organization including a successful pilot and implementation of a new unit managing Insured’s self-retentions.  

In 2023, Nicole joined NAAIA, serving on the Membership Committee and looks forward to the continued opportunities to share NAAIA’s story, mission, encouraging and promoting diverse hiring within the industry including involvement in the Hartford chapter’s sponsorship events and bringing IAT to the sponsorship table.

Outside of insurance, Nicole has a love for all animals, especially dogs. She is a business-partner with her son, Ryan, running a dog daycare business in Bloomfield, CT.
