Claude Howard has 20+ years experience in the insurance industry. 

Claude Howard has 20+ years experience in the insurance industry.   He is the Claim Center Vice President for Travelers and  responsible for claim operations in Hartford Connecticut.  Since joining Travelers, Claude has held several executive positions with the firm including Vice President Specialized Distribution.  He holds a B.S.  from Illinois State University. 

Claude was a member of NAAIA Chicago Chapter and served on its Board of Directors.

Claude is a founding member of NAAIA GHC. He was a member of the steering committee that established the NAAIA Greater Hartford Developmental Chapter.  Claude also serves as Chair of the NAAIA GHC Membership Committee.
