Ngozi has 20+ years of experience in the insurance industry.

She is Managing Partner / Principal of Ako Insurance Consulting, LLC and Ako Brokerage Services, LLC.  The firm provides consulting services to providers, insurance agencies and brokerages specializing in healthcare and also serves .  Prior to starting her own firm, Ngozi held positions of increasing responsibility at CNA, Willis Towers Watson, Marsh and the St. Paul Companies.   She holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and a M.S. in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University.

Ngozi is a founding member of NAAIA Greater Hartford Chapter (GHC) and was a member of the Steering Committee that established the NAAIA Greater Hartford Developmental Chapter.
